Light Steel Structures

Ultra-Span is made from two strengths of cold rolled galvanised steel – 300mpa structural mild steel and 550mps full-hard steel. The steel used vary in thickness from 0.5mm to 1.9mm and is rust protected with a 200mg/m2 galvanised finish. Advantages is Corrosion resistant, 30% lighter than hot rolled steel, 55% the weight of timber, 55% the volume of timber and termite-proof. (excellent for export)
